GPA Patient Feedback System
With the GPA Patient Feedback System Surveys and the Patient Focus Group now available free of charge. Practices are given the option of the analysis being generated by the Practice itself or for an additional cost GPA can provide the analysis for you.
One of the benefits of utilising GPA to analyse your completed GPA surveys, is all participating General Practitioners can receive QA & CPD or PDP Points. In order to receive these points, GPs must have a minimum of 20 patients complete the surveys and they must also complete and return the General Practitioner Evaluation Form provided with their individual GP Report.
