Preparing for your Survey Visit

Practices are encouraged to be organised and ready for their scheduled survey visit. Returning the requested documentation is a vital part of the GPA Program, allowing your documents to be reviewed by GPA staff who then provide an audited feedback report. This will give you an opportunity to address any issues or recommendations before the actual survey visit.

Be sure that all Doctors and staff are aware of their tentative allocated interview times. An organised and streamlined survey visit ensures the process is much easier for you and generally results in a better outcome.
