Always send copies to GPA

When returning any documentation to the GPA office we ask that you make a photocopy of it all before posting. Unfortunately, on occasion items do go astray in the mail and don't ever arrive at the intended address. We recommend that you keep the original of what you are posting on file at your Practice and send us the copies. GPA is unable to return any documentation submitted as part of the Essentials Kit or Modular Programs.
