Staff Immunisation

Practices are reminded that all GPs and staff, subject to their informed consent, shall provide their employer with their current immunisation status.

The Practice shall offer employees the choice to update their immunisation in order to meet indicator 5.3.4F within the RACGP Standards for General Practices 3rd Edition. Employees do have the right to refuse this offer. Ideally immunisation details shall be recorded in the staff personnel files.
