GPA Tip Detail
Importance of providing QA/CPD or PDP numbers to GPA
With the end of the 2005-2007 Triennium fast approaching please ensure the General Practitioners within your Practice have provided their QA/CPD or PDP numbers to GPA to ensure the GPs receive their points. These points will go towards their required total for the triennium.
GPs are eligible to receive:
*30 - Category 2 points for participating in accreditation. These points are issued upon the return of the Feedback Questionnaire (located in the Patient Package) to GPA.
*10 - Category 2 points are issued to those GPs who participate in the GPA Patient Feedback System. To be eligible for these points a minimum of 20 patients for each GP must complete the survey, the analysis must be conducted by GPA and the GP must ensure they return the GP Evaluation Form (located in their Individual GP report) to GPA.
QA/CPD or PDP numbers can be forwarded to GPA via email: info@gpa.net.au or contact the GPA office on 1800 188 088!
