At GPA we believe in and are committed to providing an accreditation program that is flexible and understands the needs of busy GPs and practice support staff.

Quality Essentials Kit

The first section of the GPA ACCREDITATION plus Accreditation Package is the Quality Essentials Kit. All practices must complete and return the relevant information in the Quality Essentials Kit to GPA. An audited report is compiled by your Quality Accreditation Manager to provide feedback prior to the practice survey visit. This gives the practice the opportunity to improve and action any recommendations, thus being better prepared for the actual survey visit.

Self Assessment Modules

Additional to the Quality Essentials Kit are the GPA Self-Assessment Modules. These provide a framework to better prepare you for the survey visit.

Patient Feedback System

The GPA ACCREDITATION plus Patient Feedback System is complimentary for all practices undergoing the GPA ACCREDITATION plus program. It is designed to assist you to obtain ongoing practical feedback, while meeting the current standards.

Practices shall complete:
(a) One of the two patient feedback surveys; OR
(b) Conduct two patient focus group sessions.

* Fees apply for GPA to analyse and produce an audited report.
